Rugged Triaxial Seismic Accelerometer
Chatsworth,
CA:
Dytran Instruments, Inc. offers a rugged triaxial seismic accelerometer at an affordable price. Called the model
3233A, this accelerometer permits the measurement of three orthogonal axes simultaneously with a single unit. The hermetically sealed 3233A accelerometer features ground isolation and is constructed of rugged welded
titanium with thru-hole bolt mounting. Sensitivity is 1000mV/g with a frequency
response of 0.4 to 3000 Hz. Built-in signal conditioning provides a low impedance
voltage output. The robust package makes this accelerometer suitable for both
field and laboratory applications.
Applications include floor vibration measurements, structural testing, low frequency low amplitude vibration testing
and low frequency modal analysis.
